Lead product strategy and delivery across Thrive’s assessment and performance platforms. Drove development of a new B2C product and the rebuild of the Employee Performance platform. Introduced self-service onboarding, behavioural analytics, and agile roadmaps to improve scalability, user experience, and team alignment. Currently leading a configurable AI tool to make assessments more adaptive and fair.
Designed a gamified therapeutic tool for early scoliosis intervention, later adopted by the Bradford Children and Families Trust. Evaluated digital health technologies for clinical relevance, engagement, and feasibility within school-based physiotherapy programmes.
Resolved adoption challenges in NHS automation by designing adaptive low-code solutions and delivering tailored onboarding for clinical teams. Redesigned a key alert feature to improve clarity and clinician response in sensitive cases. Supported WCAG compliance and NHS system integrations to enable scalable primary care deployment.
Designed and ran an HCI experiment exploring how clinicians interact with AI-assisted triage interfaces in mental health care. The study revealed a confirmation bias in which practitioners were more likely to trust AI recommendations that aligned with their own judgments, highlighting how interface design and feedback framing influence trust and decision-making in clinical contexts.
